Please help me to study abroad?

I am a Jr in highschool.My mom said if you can raise the money you can go. Well I am putting my mind in scholarships and babysitting. well it's been a month I've contacted many foreign exchange programs and I can only get partial scholarships even thou if they had em I could get full because gym mom legally blind a deaf in one ear is on welfare. I want to go to spain because I'm a jr and I want to go to learn about the culture and finally do something exciting in my life. I really need contrabutions donations.
