Please help me with these symptoms!

ok so this afternoon start feeling sick i was nausea and actually threw up a little it was so green stuff and half the time it was clear also i also had a runny nose for a minute n my stomach felt like someone was punching me like crazy anyway my head has been pounding all day then all of a sudden i got home and i was ok after i laid down wat could have been wrong with me

you definitely have food poisoning.

drink rain Gatorade and don't eat anything too heavy on you stomach

get plenty of sleep

You might have had a slight case of a stomach bug or food poisoning.  

Oftentimes, if there is nothing in your stomach you will start to vomit a clear, yellow or even green liquid.  The yellow is often a bit of the stomach acid and the green is more likely bile.  

It honestly sounds like food poisoning.  I had a similar problem not too long ago.  

If you're starting to get dry heaves it could cause cramping in your stomach.  I usually drink water in between dry heaves because it gives your something something churn other than the acid.  That and the cool water will be a little easy on your throat after you've been sick for a while.

Rest up and drink gingerale or water.  Clear liquids after you've been sick are really helpful

You say you didn't eat anything, but what did you eat earlier or late last night. Food poisoning sometimes doesn't bother you for a good while, then all of a sudden, bam, your vomiting, maybe some diarrhea, light headiness. If you are feeling better, eat lightly for a while and only if you are hungry. The runny nose was caused by the vomiting, probably vomit coming through your nostrils. I would try eating more home cooked meals rather than a fast food restaurant or just eating out anywhere, unless it's a small town family owned restaurant. Best to you young lady, and I hope you feel good all day and so on.
