I always sit straight without bending my back for my 10 th std , I like 2 sit like tat but i feel the back pain now a days. Is it good for me to continue?

  1. You may need a little support for your back.  And you may need to improve the strength in your stomach muscles.  I know that sounds strange, but a lot of unexplained back pain is caused by weak abdominal muscles.  So start a workout routine with strength training exercises for your back and abs.  Invest in a beginners weight training book.  The Dummies series actually has a very good one.
