  1. There is nothing to worry about. Each hamster has its own personality and your hamster has a very hyperactive personality. That is why the running and exercise wheels. It is very amusing to watch hyperactive hamsters go about their life in the cage and you will have good fun observing her.You are very lucky to have such a active hamster since majority of pet owners complain about their hamsters being inactive and lethargic, so thank your luck for giving you such a great hamster.

Hyperactive hamsters tend to get bored of the same cage soon, so try to give her a variety of activities like putting her in the hamster ball for 20 mins everyday, putting her in a hamster playpen or in a hamster proof area to give her the variety required in her activity.

  2. my sister had a hamster and all he would do is run around his cage and in his wheel and try and get out which he succeeded a few times but

    hamsters always have energy

  3. Don't worry! My flatmate has hamsters and I thought the same when I first saw them. That pattern is exactly what a hamster seems to do run, wheel, run, stop, wheel etc. Over time this must create some sort of hamster ocd lol. They usually go like a bat outta h**l don't they!
