is there a way to see what websites people have been to on my network if they are using a psp?

i need 2 know and they shouldnt be there anywat but the psp is hard 2 track ya know?

Not really, it gets an IP address like every other device on the network, it will also identify itself with a user-agent similar to:

Mozilla/4.0 (PSP (PlayStation Portable); 2.00)

Get some filtering hardware\software from likes of Blue Coat or something to look for user agents.
