Question

okay, so my brother is ADHD.

And we ALWAYS fight.

and he smoke weed, and drinks a lot.

but, do we fight because he is ADHD.

I mean, we fight everyday, and hes 22 and he still lives at home, doesn't have a job, but he goes to college.

My brother and I used to fight a lot, he had ADHD. He smokes weed now, but we love eachother very much, hug eachother and say we love eachother on the phone. Brotherly love is awesome. This usually happens when you don't live with your brother.

Your not fighting your brother.  Your fighting the drug.  I bet you didn't fight so much when he wasn't on weed or alcohol.  It was the same with me and my sister.  My sister and I never fought when she wasn't on the drugs but when she got on drugs we fought everynight.  Now that she is off we hardly ever fight.  It was the same way when i was on drugs.  It like you don't care if you harm your loved ones.  All you care is about the drugs.  And it is the same way with your brother.  The best thing you can do is get him into an outpatient or inpatient treatmnet center. You can't help him.  I hope this helps.

And you want the best for him, and maybe the best for him would be cutting him some slack at this time in his life, lots of people still live with there parents at that age and wait untill the get out of college, I understand that it is frusterating, but try to be the bigger person, and look for good in him.
