Please help....uploading MOD files?

I have a JVC Everio camcorder. It comes with this powercinema but I want to upload my videos onto Youtube or photobucket..but I can't!!! I am so confused and Im getting ticked. Someone please help!!!

    These video editing apps accept direct import of .MOD files w/o conversion: JVC supplied Cyberlink:Power Director Xpress, Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0,  Avid Liquid 7.2,  Sony Vegas 7.0e.


  2. The Everios record in a JVC specific form of MPEG-2 and there's not a lot of support for it.  You can either convert it or, better, edit it and then render to a format you can upload.
