it's my mom's birthday... i bought a present,, but i think the way that i wrap presents are boring... can i have any cool ways of wrapping.... pleaseee...

How about using the comics from the Sunday paper? Lots of colors...bright...fun. She'll love it!

Get a piece of drawing or artists paper and paint a water color of what she loves than use it as wrapping paper.  Nothing perfect or fancy, the effort you put in would make her heart melt.

It depends how big it is. You can always get more grown up designs of wrapping paper and bows/ribbons to give it a more mature, and put together look. I'm not sure if you want to put this much time into it, but what about printing out some pictures, and pasting it on plain paper (not particularly wrapping paper because it will have to be thicker for this next part) and next to each picture of you two, write something that makes you think of her, or a special memory of her that makes you smile. Mothers love that sort of stuff!

Use plain paper (no designs) to wrap the gift then draw and write messages on it.Make the drawing and messages significant and you can also include pictures of your family. That way its personal,creative and simple at the same time.
