Please look at my chart????

Question

I don't know what to think of this month. Does it look like I have ovulated or am about to? I keep have fertile type cm all month off and on. My periods are irregular and I have no idea when it is coming. I do feel very crampy today. What do you think??? http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/205336

Yes I agree that your chart looks like it might be anovulatory. But there are several factors to take into account, which include how long your cycles normally are. If they're often longer than 45 days, then you simply won't have ovulated yet anyway. Remember that ovulation is around 2 weeks before your period.

If you get a similar chart next month, book an appointment to have your Progesterone checked (normally on CD21) which will tell you if you're ovulating. Be sure to take your charts to your doctor (use the Print option then save as PDF on your computer for your records). If possible see an RE specialist or an OBGYN who has been  PA for an RE (that way, they'll be able to read your charts :)

You might get prescribed a pill that you take for 5 days at the start of your cycle which can help you ovulate normally and hopefully get pregnant. Good luck!

looks annovulatory to me....how long you been charting? and are you taking your temps at the same time each morning before any activity?

I had s*x the days I felt crampy in the middle of my cycle and low and behold, I'm prego.
