When I was visitor in england, I recived baby in london hospital in february 2005. after that I married in england month of june.

My hasband is a permanent resident. But this child not from my hasband, but I use my hasband name, ( that time stil not married)

Shall I apply for my kid, British citizenship,

  1. your child will not be an UK citizen by being born in the UK, one parent at least has to be an UK citizen at time of birth,

    did your husband agree to taking the child under his name?

    but? since he is a permanent resident and not an UK citizen, your child will not be a citizen either.
