Plugged Ears, Any Remedies?

Hey guys I recently took a trip to the B.C up in some citys like kelowna and kamloops but we did a bit of driving through the mountains, Now I come back to Edmonton and my ears are pluggged. One more than the other it seams. I also have a little cold that might be contributing to the problem. Is there anything I could do to make it less plugged or completly fix my problem? Thanks!

Try this.  Squeeze your nostrils together and hold them, also keep your mouth closed.  Then blow.  That should clear your ears right out.
