Plz answer! This is urgent!?

Hi.

My mom and i don't get along very well and i want to go live with my dad. My mom has hit me but i wouldn't say i was abused. My dad has never hit me unless he was spanking me with the belt. I need to know how old you have to be to decide who you want to live with? (In Arizona). My dad has always obeyed the custody rules. I'm 12 years old and i'm taking matters into my own hands. I want to go to court and tell the judge my story instead of my parents talking for me. Please help

1. I'm not being whiney. You don't know what i go through.

2.She has hit me wayyy more than once.

My dad hit me with the belt when i was SEVEN. To teach me a lesson

You need to speak to both of your parents so maybe they can come to a mutual agreement on who you live with. I don't know the law in az on this but it would seen to me that a 12 year old is old enough to know what they want.

i dont know  the law in arizona but most places you have to be like 14. but if you go to court they could make it in to an earlier age
