I'd say yes but I don't know exactly what look your trying to portray with the hand and the mask. If you want the mask to be proportional with the hand like our hand to our head, then yes it's too big. If you want them to be similar to our hand to our hand, sizewize, I would try examining your hand and head sizes and comparing them to the mask and hand to reach a happy medium.
