okay, this dude gave me a lucario with max evs and stats and everything. How do u get max Ev's with other pokemon without using actionreplay. Explain all the detail to me to how to get them. that will really help me

You have to breed two Lv 100s and pick the offspring with the desired nature, EV train it, and get it to Lv 100.

It's hard without an R4 or Action Replay.

To EV train there are certain pokemon that give off EV's like in Fire Red I think a clefairy gives off special attack Ev's I think.

to get max EV's you have to get a good pokemon say an arcanine and you want to max out the attack stat.

1. make sure the arcanine has a good nature such as adamant, lonely or naughty since the beneficial nature is attack.

2. when training the pokemon give it a power bracer so while it is battling it will give an extra 4 Ev points if you win the battle
