Question:

Pocketwatch quit working

My pocketwatch (Colibri PSW 95941W) had the batteries die and when I replaced it, the second hand wouldn't move. It sort of goes back and forth but doesn't go anywhere. Any ideas/solutions? Thanks for your time.
