Podcast submission to itunes?

I need a podcast rss feed to submit a podcast to itunes. I understand that files can be hosted for free at OurMedia. But is that all. Can someone provide me with some decent info regarding podast rss feed etc.

  1. It will tell you the RSS code for your podcast. It's just the web address of the folder where you send  all of your episodes. But the thing with free hosting sites is that if you get any subscribers, you'll run out of bandwidth. If you upgrade, expect to pay $5.00 a month if you do happen to get listeners.
