  1. they worked very well for me. i only got blisters regularly on a few of my toes and so i resorted to something even stronger--duct tape. it's a bit unorthadox and my classmates made fun of me but it did the trick! i was able to get through class without having to reapply any band-aids or anything.

  2. i used to use lamb's wool, but didnt like how it never stayed in place. Now, i use ouch pouces by Bunheads- you can order them online from places like discount dancewear. I highly recommend them over lamb's wool.

My friend uses the cushiest band-aids she can find, usually not disinfectant, unless theres a blister. She also uses this great, foamy medical tape.

Hope i helped, and Happy DancinG!

  3. I used paper towels for a while and tolilet paper works too but now I use ouch pouches by bunhead you can get them from http://www.discountdancesupply.com but I don't know if they will ship to your country about the bandages I think any kind will work but just but them on you two little toes
