Pokemon: Baby Kangaskhan?

They should make the baby Kangaskhan an official pokemon. It was there ever since the first generation and its about time it joins the ranks as a different pokemon! Do anyone else agree?

I think it's kind of creepy how when you breed a Kanghaskan, it's already full grown and has a baby in its pouch. I mean seriously, it's like you're getting two Pokémon out of the same egg. They definitely need to clear this up.
