Pokemon Diamond, GTS Location changing?

Hi, so I have the pokemon Diamond game, and I selected a wrong location on the globe facility in the GTS, and now I want to change it, and I want to know if that's possible?

Don't mind using Action Replay code or to edit my save file.

sorry, you cannot change it now unless you start a new game and start fresh. and action replay does not have that option, sorry again.

Sorry dude, u can't. But there is 1 way and that is u have to start a new game.

Sorry, even if you start a new game, you can't change your location. I've tried EVERYTHING! xD

So, basically, it's not possible... GRRR! But I wish it was...
