ok so im in blackthorn city, and i know i need to go to the cave behind the gym, but theres a guy guarding the door saying im not a dragon user. how do i get him to move so i can get in there??? ill choose best answer instantly.

i think you have to beat the gym and the gym leader will escort you down the cave

(you can catch dratini in the cave)
