I have an Aipom on level 34 so it's past it's level (32) it should have evolved on.

So where can I find the TM Double Hit?

if you have any HEART SCALES fly 2 pastoria city to the MOVE TUTOR'S house give him a heart scale so he can teach your aipom the move DOUBLE HIT

Go under ground get a heart scale and put it in your above ground bag. Then fly to patoria city and go to the move tutor and teach him double hit

Go to the MOVE TUTOR'S house and give him a HEART SCALE fly two pastoria city to the give him a heart scale so he can teach your aipom the move double hit.
