I need the top two pokemon for each question.

Which pokemon levels up fastest?

Which pokemon has best stats as it levels up, regardless of how fast it levels?

Depends on their nature, type, what items you give it, exp, stats and matchup (which is their type)

depends on how you raise it. if you focus solely on one pokemon, i'm sure that one poke will level up pretty fast.

Well, everything differs tbh...

Unless you breed for perfect IV's (Individual values, stats, google it) and a perfect nature, then you can have something with the "perfect stats" as you prefer. Theres a very very small chance that you'll get a perfect stat'd pokemon right off the bat. But Legendaries do usually have the stat advantage.

There is no pokemon that levels up the fastest. I'd say the one you use the most does.
