Pokemon diamond team help???

Question

can someone please think of a god competitive battling team for me. here are the following conditions thugh:

there shuld be atleast 1 pokemon from each region

no more than 2 pokemon from each region

there should not be more than 2 weaknesses for each type.

if you wish to include legendarys at maximum only 1 please.

i would like the following in my team: how many of each there is a choice but not above the limit

a physical sweeper(up to 3)

a special sweeper(up to 2)

a physical wall(1)

a special wall(1)

this team does have 3 weakness' to ground but one doesn't count because of gengars levitate
