Pokemon evolves?

On bulbapedia, i checked on ash's chimchar's bio and it said they have evidence that ash's chimchar may evolve in DP091. Can anyone tell me a website where i can find that kind of evidence or at least pictures? I checked bulbapedia and serebii, it's not there. And another thing, if you think this question is dumb you don't have to answer the question. So don't be a jerk,OK?
