Pokemon mystery dungeon 2 evolution?

on pmd2 ive recruited palkia and i still cant evolve ive defeated darkrai and cressila and manaphy but i still cant evolve my main characters

TRY AGAIN from where chimecho's assembly is go RIGHT & the dungeon menu will come up click LUMINOUS SPRING & pick your leader or partner 2 go evolve & done...glad 2 answer :)

In order to evolve, try putting your recruited Palkia on your team from the Chimecho Assembly. You should be able to evolve now. If that doesn't work, there might be something wrong and you should get it checked out. Sorry for the vulgarity in the first half of my answer. Hope this helps.
