Nope. After you beat the game, go to the rout with all those fences and go to the far right. In the trees will be a new opening leading you to a garden. In the middle is a large lake, and on the north side is a cave. Go through the maze-like cave, and find the super large sprite that's Giritina!

It's kind of scary when it fights ^^

Giratina, the 487 Pokémon, you can get it in the Turnback Cave, in the Past Room with 3rd Pillar Chamber. Its level is 70 and knows:

- Shadow Force

- Heal Block

- Earth Power

- Slash

After obtaining the National Dex, a new lake with the Turnback Cave by it. It is positioned just east of Route 214. In it is a maze like area with pointers telling you where to go. After finding your way through, you should find Giratina. This is the 3rd legendary Dragon to go with Dialga and Palkia. Once again you can only battle it here and it is at Lv. 70. With a variety of resistences due to both of its types, you best be prepared
