Poker Tournament Ideas......?

My company is putting on our 2nd annual poker tournament. We will have a keg, food and poker going on. If anyone has any cool ideas on what else we can have or just something to spice up the night or something to help the players remember our company that would be awesome..thanks :)

Get a "High Hand" pot going for the best winning hand of the night.

Anyone to loose all his/her chips without winning a hand has to run one lap around the building naked.

Knock a person out of the tournament, do a keg stand.

Booby prize for the first one out (maybe a "Poker for Dummies" book). Hire professional dealers and cocktail waitresses. Make the structure reasonable so newbs can play longer before getting knocked ut.

You can have a bad beat pot as well.  If someone loses with aces full or better they get half the pot, the winner of the hand gets a quarter, and the other people at the table split the rest.

Get good poker chips, not plastic ones or those cheap 11.5 g composite ones.  Get dealers who know what they're doing as well.
