Pool party ideas???

Question

Okay, i am having a pool party for my 16th birthday. I need good ideas for games, food (we have a grill, but there will be vegetarians there too) There will only be about 15 to 20 girls cause my mom does not want anything big. No boys. What kind of games in and outside of the pool is good, trying to find games with water though. Me and my friends are still alittle like kids, the ones that would think of something crazy and have fun with it. I figured i go with the luau theme, but is there any other themes that you think would be good? Food? Games? I want it to be a party my friends will remeber, like my friends remembered my 14th party. Something to show it is my day too. =) Thanks.

I did like a Luau/pool party thing a while ago. I had a limbo pole and that was pretty fun. Also we threw a bunch of coins in the water and whoever got the most got a prize. We also played this game where you tie a balloon with string to your leg and try to have the last unpopped balloon, haha. Just play some music and stuff and have lots of food. I got my parents to make Strawberry Daquiris (obviously virgin) and Pina Coladas and they served them in these cool coconut cups haha. I had about the same ammount of people as you. It would also be cool to get some Super Soakers (water guns) and water balloons and stuff.

Why not just get vegetarian meat, its vegetarian but tastes like meat!

As for games, seeing as you are older! make it more chilled out, everything will flow along dont worry lol, sounds silly lol but you know in films when you see frshmen party's think of it like that really. (exceot your not a freshmen lol )

Fill the pool with water balloons! They don't hurt and are just fun for acting like idiots.

GAMES: water balloons, water slides, water guns, and scavenger hunts, Twister, Truth or Dare, board games, card games, volley ball, soccer, beach balls, "TAG", Hide and Seek..lol, music, karaoke, watch movies, prank call, dance, make-overs

PRIZES: $5,$10,$15,$20 gift cards and 4 grand prize maybe $35 or $45 gift cards at(Target, Jamba Juice, Hollister, Vans, Juice It Up, Hot Topic, any places u shop at could be good gift cards and for other prizes a cute stuffed animal, King Size candy bar, or little makeup(chap stick, lip gloss, eye shadow stuff like that)or perfume and lotions.

FOOD: barbeque food, burgers and vegetarian burgers, pasta, pizza,chips, soda, ice cream(have them make their own ice cream with cherries,chocolate syrup,sprinkles)fruit, vegetables(celery sticks,carrot sticks,mini tomatoes) or Hawaiian or Chinese food

don't set a plan for games. just have some beach balls out and maybe some water balloons, play some music and have shishcabobs. you can make fruit ones for those who don't like meat and cheese and stuff.
