Porcelain jacket broke?

May front tooth with porcelain jacket on it broke and there's very little teeth visible. What should i do? I know that tooth jacket is crowned on the tooth, so is it still possible to repair???

Chances are the dentist will want to take the whole thing off and replace it, there could be damage underneath that you might not be able to see.
