Port Forwarding on Bigpond 2071a

Hey~ i have set up a shoutcast on my computer and its all working fine for me, noone is able to connect to it from an outside IP. im guessing that has something to do with Port forwarding? if so, i cant find anything to do with port forwarding in my modems settings. HELP!~
