Port Fowarding with 2 routers?

I want to download a mod for Bf2 but its a torrent and i cant understand how to forward with my current setup:

Internet--2wire 1000s--Netgear WGR614v6-My computer

Before i was connected through HPNA to my computer so i could foward through my 1000s please help im so confused

  1. lol i had this problem when i had a server set up GL i simply gave in cause everything i was explained made no sense to me and i dindt feel liek waiting to play lol
