Portland, OR seafood restaurants?

We need a great place for lunch and possibly dinner. I've heard Jake's is no longer great, and many others open only for dinner. Has anyone tried Salty's lately? There is another one Seasons and Regions? Any area will work.

I ate at Salty's last fall and it was excellent.
