Portuguese citizenship?

Question

I'm a Canadian citizen, but both of my parents were born in Portugal. I am interested in getting my Portuguese citizenship,and I am having trouble finding the web-sites for the Portuguese Embassy or consulate. Does anyone know where I can get the information I need in order to get my dual citizenship?
