If I understand your question. You don't specifically "post" a picture on Google images. However, Google will find your image if it is adequately tagged. Post your picture on any file sharing site - such as Flickr and tag it with a sufficient amount of key-words and Google should find it. Bear in mind though, that it may be well down the list....

Google shows the images it has from crawling the web. You don't post them, Google picks them.

There are a few things you can do to help Google Images show your images, like having a search engine friendly site and use on your images proper titles and alt text.

its so easy if you had  a friendsterupload your image or photo there and name it... and then search on the google image that you name in your friendster photo
