Pound versus the dollar, HELP?

I'm going to america in october so need to change up some pounds into dollars, i know the pound is becoming weaker against the dollar so would you recommend changing up my money now before it gets worse, or is it going to get better again before october?

The dollar has made a MAJOR bottom against all foreign currencies.

Currencies trend for years.

In my opinion its best to wait.

you won't know until October, so you might as well do it now.  you can always get more done later.

I suspect the pound is in a bit of a fix. So exchange now.

On the other hand you could change 1/2 now and hope for the best by changing 1/2 later.
