Question:

Powder on Roads?

I was walking home from school and I saw a bunch of powder in the parking across the street from the school. It was right on the road. My friends thought it was crack, but I told them "What kind of crackhead would leave crack on the street."

So I'm just tring to prove them wrong. Is there any type of powder that is used for roads? Or do cars shot out powder etc?

  1. I doubt it would be crack since if it was enough for you to see from across the street, there was a lot of it, and if a crackhead did spill it, he would have tried to pick as much of it up as possible. It was probably something spilled. Is there a grocery store nearby where someone could have bought flour, sugar, powder, etc? Cars wouldn't emit anything powdery unless someone stuck some powder up the car's tailpipe and the roads usually use sand or gravel, or gritty stuff for the roads when it is icy. I believe you are correct.

  2. ITS VERY LIKELY THAT SOME TYPE OF ACCIDENT HAPPENED THERE AND OR SOMETHING WAS SPILLED AND THAT WAS PUT THERE TO ABSORB THE REMAINS.
