IF U PRE OREDER RB6V2 DO U GET IT BEFORE ANYONE ELSE ON THE 18TH?....AND DOES IT COME OUT IN STORES ON THE 20TH?

No, when u pre order somthing all that happens is that the reserve a copy for u when they come in so you wont go there and they tell u its sold out.. However sometimes when u preorder a game they may have specials for that game like, If u preorder X game then u get a Beta key for another upcoming game etc.

All stores should get game shippments on Tuesday but sometimes may be delayed to Wednesday.
