If this is in pre-school and you are asking about s*x between 8-year olds that is one thing; between consenting adults is something else.

You cannot go through a day without breaking a couple dozen laws, so why worry about this?

No, at this time, it is not illegal to have s*x before you are married.

For parents who have concern about the future of their children ages 20 and below, the parents could make this illegal for the kids because these kids are not in their proper mind yet although they have the urges for s*x (that's what God's greatest gift to all mankind).

For people who could take care of themselves and if gotten pregnant by their lover - they are ready to give thier babies the responsibilities the babies are so deserving for - then this is legal + better if the lovers will get married first. You have to go to church and listen to the preacher or priest and the most important thing is READ A BIBLE. The bible that is written in a very friendly way (easy to understand). There's so many of them and you have to read several pages before buying a bible. In the bible - you will truly get true answer to your question. It's hard to answer you truthfully because I don't know you personally (reliegious belief, the way you are brought up, the way your family's behaviour on this matter - some families are just no moral - they don't care - so if one of your answerers have given you that "immoral" advice or the doesn't care advice then you are mislead and you will regret it one day.)Use your judgement wisely and becareful of some peers - don't just follow - you have to think if your action is going to help you in the long run or will it devastate you? ok?.
