I over heard my friends talking about pre-wrap and I wanted to know what it is and what it is for?

It's the best stuff to keep your hair out of your face. I can't play a game without it.

It is a kind of athletic tape.  It comes in lots of colors and it's kind of trendy right now to use to hold hair back when doing sports, but can also be used for supporting injuries and lots of "quirky" other things.  Here is a list from http://pre-wrap.com/
