Pregnancy possible...so confused...?

i'm kind of wondering if i am experiencing implantation bleeding. i'm about a week late for my period and the other day i started this light pink colored spotting. simply spotting and i've had severely tender nipples and breast and have had some but few minor cramps. any ladies experienced this and have advice.

I know when I was pregnant I didn't have tender b*****s until the 3rd month.  My advice would be to take a test.

I'm not at all sure what is wrong and have never experienced this before but if i were in your situation i would definetly go and see a doctor, even though it may be embarrassing because what you are describing does not sound very good at all.  Good Luck og and if you are really nervous about seeing a doctor try first talking to someone close to you or at least someone who you feel comfortable with.

implantation happens prior to a missed period, not after..

implantation happens about 6-12 DPO. if you are late for your period, take a test. the bleeding may be your period coming late, or it could be early pregnancy bleeding, but take a test.

I would recommend at this point you take a pregnancy test and go from there.

It sounds like implantation bleeding alright.  Before I found out I was pregnant I had really sore b***s and nipples too.
