I'm 25 weeks, and one centimeter dilated. I live in south florida, and were expecting a hurricane late monday, early tuesday. I remember about 2 hurricane seasons ago, my mom had a friend who needed to go to the hospital when the hurricane was approaching, because the pressure could put her into early labor. I'm planning on asking my obgyn today, but they arent open yet. Does anybody know anything about this?

  1. I don't think the storm should present any danger to you, as the center pressure is still above 1000 millibars, so there should not be a factor.

I don't know if there has been a link between extreme low pressure and early-onset of labor, but your obgyn should know.  This storm looks to be a major rain generator, so I would say flooding is a far greater concern.  Make sure you stay where you can reach a hospital if needed.  Since you're still at 25 weeks, I wouldn't worry too much about going into labor due to the storm.
