Are you talking about "MASSAGE"? If so, then by all means indulge. You won't be sorry. Prenatal massage is mainly meant to soothe the aches and pains of pregnancy and help you to loosen up and relax. It depends on what you want and what they offer. They will probably focus on neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs, feet. They may also use some aromatherapy. You will not be laying on your stomach, but either in a massage chair, or side-lying with a body pillow. Your massage therapist should be LICENSED and also very familiar with dealing with pregnant women. Ask the manager of the spa if you are concerned. At the hospital where I work, we offer two prenatal and one postpartum massage for all of our Mom's. It's awesome.
