Prepaid cards reloadable (visa,mastercard....)

Question

where do i get that specific card in toronto/scarborough area?? PLZ give me a name of the bank and plz do not guess if u don't know cuz i checked a lot of sites and nothing and i really need it!! so if any one knows a bank that gives it in toronto area or nearby town/cities plz tell the bank and even if possible the location :|

Why don't you contact Master Card or Visa directly?  Not all prepaid card sell by outlets are reloadable.  The best way to make sure is to get them from the source.
