what would be the better plan? keep the same or go with a 1.99 a day charge for 5 cent text or the 2.99 a day charge for a 2 cent text.

  1. Verizon Wireless Prepay Messaging Bundle Available - $10/month for Unlimited Mobile to Mobile Messaging with Verizon Wireless customers PLUS 250 additional messages

    # How do I add a Messaging Bundle to my account?

There are 3 ways an INpulse customer can add a Messaging Bundle to his or her account. Here’s how:

    1. My Prepay Account online – Register and login and select the Add/Remove Features link.

    2. My Account on your phone – Press up on the 4-way directional key and select My Features (Mobile Web 2.0 capable phone required).

    3. Dial *611, select Additional Options, then select the option for calling plans and features and follow the prompts for changing optional features.

    # How am I charged for a Messaging Bundle?

When the Messaging Bundle subscription is added to your account, the monthly charge will be immediately deducted from your account balance. The subscription and charges will renew automatically every 30 days. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account at the time of renewal, messages will be charged at the rates in your Calling Plan. Once sufficient funds are added, your subscription and charges will be renewed, and you will be assigned a new renewal date that is 30 days later.

Upon unsubscribing from a Messaging Bundle, you will still have use of that bundle until its expiration date. If you re-subscribe before the expiration date, the original bundle will resume and you will not be charged until the expiration date. If you re-subscribe after the original bundle’s expiration date, a new bundle will be provisioned and you will be charged at that time.

  2. Try looking into Virgin Mobile.

My "plan" (they allow you to change it as needed)  gives you 200 anytime minutes and 500 nights and weekends for $25 a month.  For an extra $10 a month I have unlimited texts.

For $5 you can get 1000 texts.

    Its just a lot easier.

  3. I would say ditch that prepaid phone all together and opt for something else (maybe T-Mobile, Sprint, or Virgin Mobile - if those are in your area - they don't charge a daily fee).

  4. Depends on how many text you send. You should consider the amount from the past couple of months.

If you send say 500 text during a month, using your service every day of that month (30 days) for plan 1 you owe $80, plan 2 $84 , plan 3 $90. So the one you are on is good for that if you text every day and average 500 texts a month.

  5. With the tMobile plan, there is no daily fees, and you pay $.05 to send text messages, and $.10 to send text messages (and you are able to send out free texts from online to your friends who have tMobile. tMobile has great plans and phones, but the only downside is their crappy service- so in the last link, you can check the service you will be getting. Good Luck.
