Preparation of Subway Fast-Food Chicken?

What is in the chicken that Subway serves (chemicals, ingredients...)? How do they prepare it (deep-fried, grilled, roasted...)?

I don't think they cook them in the stores (you don't see a grill or a deep fat fryer anywhere).  They are cooked, probably baked or grilled in a factory, chilled/frozen,  put in plastic bags and shipped to the stores.  Since they do not advertise chemical free, I doubt if they use naturally raised chicken  like Arby's has).

Its a pre-formed chicken breast .. go to subway.com to see nutrient values.  It looks grilled but the "grill marks" might not be real.
