Price for wedding car

Question

I have just been quoted £370 for a 1930's style Beauford convertible tourer for my wedding day. Included in that price is a personlised number plate which you get to keep after and the car has a built in bubbles machine so if wanted at a flick of a switch it sends bubbles out the back of the car. Do you think £370 is a good price, I havent really looked at other cars yet because I really liked this one so thats why im asking if people think its a good price.

V good price, cheapest quotes my friends have had have all been over £500

I paid £175 for a white rolls royce silver shadow.  It did 3 trips to the church, drove me and my husband to a country park, back to the church for photos and then on to the reception.  It was a beautiful car and well worth it.  I would say your price is too much - why not ask for a quote without the bubbles and number plate if this is the car you really want.  But at the end of the day, it's your budget and if you're happy to pay this then that's what matters.  Just enjoy your day.

I'm in the US and a basic limo was running $500 - $600 for 3 hours (which is the minimum you can book for).  Translating that over to pounds, its roughly 1/2 so 250 - 300.

I'd say for a 1930s style and a convertible that is a VERY good price.

Ask the owner if £370 is a good price to pay if he picked you up in an old cortina, which is what a beuford is!

£370 is a really good price.  Where I live they can cost £400 for a Rolls Royce for 1 hour!!

Nah, the Beauford tourer kit car was all the rage when first launched in the early eighties, they're just common now.

For a wedding, there really is only one car which stands the test of time, and we all know what that is.

i've been quoted £275 for next year for a beaford convertible, no bubble machine or number plate but to be honest are you really gonnawant to squish into the car with your lovely new dress to have bubbles all over it,

i think that's quite expensive,

it is a reputable local company not just someone with an old car they have loads of different kinds
