Primate zoo?

I would like to open a zoo for primates only when I am out of college. What would the requirements be, what would be a ballpark price for start up and then yearly, and what primates would you most like to see in a zoo???

As an X-animal keeper at a large prominent Zoo, and being involved with animals all my life, I can tell you that it will cost you a GREAT, great deal of money.  You will really, really need to know what you are doing.  You will HAVE to acquire all your animals from captivity.  If you want to succeed you MUST have a PHD in Zoology or another animal science, and you will have to have people under you that know what they are doing too.  People that can build the correct enclosures, etc, etc.

Remember one important fact:  if you "really" care for the animals, the last thing you want is to see them in a zoo.  Zoos are built for the public, NOT for the animals.  The public comes first, and if and when there is extra money, it will be spent on conveniences for the people, not the primates.  That is a FACT.  I did not make it up.
