  1. Skip PBS.  Get the original document they are referring to and read it and also get the bigger context that it was created in.  Any African or Asian blood would be fairly thin which makes it unlikely that Charles could be considered black although he does sometimes act like a black sheep.


  2. It means bloodlines....ancestors... not complexion...Have you seen a picture of Him?

  3. no but if you beleive tv his ancestors were as black as shaka zulu himself.

  4. Charles isn't black,and the news that way back in time some racial mixing occurred in the family isn't surprising at all,in fact,it's old news.
