Problem Laptop + Emtac Crux II

Hello. I have an HP Pavillion DV1000 series and a Emtac Crux II GPS receiver.I can't use it with my laptop! Any GPS program run till COM8/COM10 my BT GPS run on COM14!!!I can't see it! Do you know how to solve it? Thank You Regards.
