Problem enabeling speakers in laptop?

i have toshiba a215-s5837

unfortunately i "disable" speakers when i plugged my headphones in,

manually and now they not showing up , i am not really friendly with vista and laptop, please help

You need to plug the speakers in to your computer before you turn it on.

Hook up the speakers and then restart your computer.

check they are selected in control panel and then in sound
